This platform is super buggy and there's ZERO SUPPORT. Stay FAR away!
This platform looks really good but there's zero help and and it's really really buggy.
When you first log in, everything is in Vietnamese. Talk about a terrible UX! Wait until you can't do anything and there's no support.
I am very familiar with these types of Apps. I used Ubot Studio for 10 years so I know exactly how this works. I understand HTML, CSS, Regex and X-path (key for using a platform like this). So I am no novice at this.
I am also keenly aware of how many bugs come with these types of programs and their lifespan in the Internet. This platform allows you to automate websites, but unless you understand that statement, you don't realize that essentially that means you will be building apps that constantly need maintenance because Internet code is constantly changing and websites are constantly evolving. That said, I loved Ubot Studio when it was around, and I had super high hopes for this platform.
Unfortunately this is an account of my experience so far. By the way, I really was going to give this rating 2 stars, but have to give it 1 star because I am so frustrated by these creators. The company really does not fail to show you just how little they care about your experience on the platform. It really seems like this is a Vietnamese company with a community of Vietnamese speaking patrons who thought "lets make more money by offering this in English" then did nothing to support that effort!
So I bought Tier 3 and set it up. You have to download their desktop version because the cloud version is not included (this is the first read flag on this app - because now you will rely on the company to push updates into different setups instead of getting immediate updates for one congenial system). Ubot Studio was also desktop and it was riddled with bugs and they kept pushing updates that never fixed the problems for everyone.
After downloading and getting started, I quickly learned that a) the system only works with a Chrome Browser called Titan - which is a version of Chrome and b) the browser doesn't load properly and is easily corrupted. So after a couple hours of watching videos and learning how to use the platform, I create my first simple bot and test it. And it fails to load the browser. I search the web to find the browser to download and not only is it not available anywhere, the site that offers it is no longer in existence. Not a good sign.
So I hit up support. But a) there's no support email b) the only support is on the Vietnamese Facebook site, and c) there's no instructions for contacting support. So I "ask a question" on AppSumo. But you quickly understand that Vietnam is on a different time than the USA and in fact, there's no 24 hour support. So I put up my question on Appsumo and wait 1 day.
After one day, I get my support questions answered on AppSumo and go to re-install the Titan browser from the App itself. Great, back to the App and another bug stops me dead in my tracks. It seems there's no way to start a new App because the Start button has glitched and is not showing up.
So I figure, I will just re-installl the app. Nope, doesn't worrk. So I go back to Appsumo, post and wait, and wait. This is super frustrating!
Whoever responds this time says there's also a Telegram support. So I stay up super late to ask my question in Telegram and no one replies (at all). Maybe they don't work normal hours, who knows.
But at this point I can see what this system is like... Refund!

Edited Apr 11, 2025Hi there,
First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you’ve had. Your detailed feedback means a lot, and we’re truly sorry that things didn’t meet your expectations — especially given your deep background in automation. 🙏
We take full responsibility for this and want to assure you that we are already working on:
a) Our support email is listed on our official website, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clearly visible or if the response time wasn’t fast enough — we’re improving this.
b) You're right — currently, our Facebook page is used to support both local and global users, but we want to reassure you that our support team speaks English and is fully capable of assisting international users.
c) Thank you for pointing out the lack of clear contact instructions — we’ve taken note of this and will update the contact section on our website soon for better visibility and accessibility.
Thank you again for your feedback — and we want to address one more important point.
We did receive your Telegram message regarding the issue where the "Start" button was not clickable. This is a bug we’ve never encountered before, so in order to troubleshoot effectively, we kindly requested Ultraviewer access to assist you directly.
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive that access from your side, which limited our ability to resolve the issue immediately.
Please understand that our team is based on the other side of the world, and despite the time difference, we’ve genuinely tried our best to support you as quickly as possible.
We remain committed to helping you — and if you’re still open to it, we’d be more than happy to continue assisting! 🙏
