Currently it's not possible to manage two completely separated companies inside one. We do detect the invoice entity from the invoice and it's easy to filter between invoices for one entity or another, but you can't have separated integrations, insights, etc. for each company (if that's what you need).

Also possible is, having two different accounts, and creating rules for each account to only process invoices for a particular company. This way you'll have 2 complete separate accounts for each company.
