Q: I am on tier 2, and I want to know the following!
1) When I have a custom subdomain, the meeting links are still go brunch based
2) For a webinar, why can't we add details about what the webinar is?
3) I am facing a huge screen sharing issue with Mac
4) Do we have basic whiteboard, or PPT functionalities?

2. You can embed all details of your webinars inside your rooms. That's how people have been doing that. Or you can create a Landing Room, which is a variation of a landing page but more immersive. 3. Share the details with by email. I'm more than willing to help. We have tons of people using on Macs and I can certainly point you to the right direction.
