Q: One on One
Hello team,
Love the presentation of this software. I am about to launch a consultation agency where i am hiring coaches and consultants for specific niches. So, it would be a one on one consultation and group coaching with my clients... And i want a software where...
1) Multiple Users (at the same time) can select their coach and schedule their consultation. (via website or lander) [ Eg. User A should be able to select Coach A and User B can select Coach B at the same time from different locations )
2) The software can record the online consultation session and transcribe the recordings.
3) One Facilitator or moderator can join the meeting.
Is Gobrunch the one i am looking for ?

I believe it can be a great fit, but would require a few tweaks in the plan. Here's how I think this could work:
1. Each coach will have their own GoBrunch room inside your Space.
2. The scheduling would be achieved using Calendar tools such as TidyCal which sounds a good fit for what you are looking for. Each coach would have a different TidyCal link under your main account. You can add the links in your website as well. Each booking link from each coach would have a GoBrunch link as their meeting address. Once the clients schedule a session, they will receive the GoBrunch link to join. The coaches can wait in their rooms which will be always the same address.
3. The coaches can record their sessions using the built-in screen recorder.
4. You can have one or multiple moderators to help managing the rooms and the sessions.
5. The space can even have lounge areas for the coaches to gather, meditation studios and seminar rooms for group sessions.

Autopreneur.netThankx for the reply. I actually want more control here..Thats why i want the coaches (those who are in contract) wont be able to entice my clients to bypass my platform on one to one conference. I want the platform to record their convo and transcription.
Another thing, i dont think tidycal support multiple links or partner links, are you saying, they need to have their own tidy cal account?
