Q: White label on URL, domain, subdomain, email address. Session recording storage and quality.
Hi Richard,
1. What form of URL do we have, to access your services? And with custom subdomain(s) on T2 and T3, what URL combinations can we have? Would it be for example:
www.class.mywebsite.com
www.mywebsite.com/class
2. How does email address work here? Eg. sending links of invitations. What kind of email address will be used to send messages out, and also the reply email address. Are they customizable addresses as well?
3. On your website, you mentioned Custom URL in the Prime Chef pricing, and Custom Subdomain in the Enterprise pricing. What are the differences between your website and this AS campaign in terms of custom branding/white label?
4. With regards to session recording, where do you store the recordings, can we store the recordings by ourselves (eg. my Google Drive), and what quality options can we have?

1. Either way works. You can have a main domain with multiple spaces into it as www.mywebsite.com/class or a single subdomain pointing to the first room of your space.
2. We don't send invitations. You can copy your room link and paste into your e-mails and calendars. Here I use Calendly, but it also works well on TidyCal.
3. Custom URL is gobrunch.com/url and subdomain is mywebsite.com/class. Tier 2 offer the ability for you to use 1 sub-doman while Tier 3 allows you to have 7 sub-domains.
4. The recordings are stored in our cloud, currently using Digital Ocean for this end. After the recording is available, you can click to download and delete. We use the same method of screen sharing and the resolution will depend on your computer's resolution as we capture locally and send to our cloud to be merged with the audio.
