I am trying to use the email template feature, We have a welcome email that we send to our contacts, this is built and hosted (html). we usually use the insert HTML Code inside gmail to insert this email.
We tried your template option, we were able to paste the html code, some sections get broken. The template feature does not seem to be reading the html code correctly, is there a fix for this ?

I would like to know how long it takes for you to respond when someone writes to your customer service email? Mainly because I have written you five emails in the last five days and I still haven't received any response, so I need to know if you have any kind of real customer support.
Do I have to forward the five or six emails I have already sent you? 😵 💫. I DO BUT Please look for them in your email inbox, my email starts with T90, so there can be no confusion with another email
