Q: Is each LTD deal connected to Starter plan only?
Do you get Budget Planning, Custom Permissions and Roles, Multiple permission and roles, audit logs and history, custom branding, ai engine, soft labels with LTD deals?
What support option do you get with LTDs?

Apr 15, 2025A: Hello, with each LTD deal, you get the Budget Planning and the AI engine as well.
In terms of roles and permissions, for tier 1, you get 1 user so it doesn't apply. For tiers 2 and 3, you get multiple roles (system defaults) - and the admin is able to create new custom roles.
As for audit logs and custom branding, they are not offered as part of the LTD deal.
