Q: The Email Configuration issue - awaiting for your resolution

We have raised the support ticket on 9th of feb and also pinged again today too. But no response, can you please look into this and support us. The issue with the email license activation is pending and we are unable to use it till now.
Do sort it and help us out.

Also, I got your team's reply quite late, and also to my disappointment, they said they cannot solve it. To my amazement, this is not what I expected.
If you wont allow us to log into the account using login & password, you need to inform us, or allow to change the email used for license.
Please help us in this regard
