I bought this product very happy, by mistake I registered with the email with which I was registered on AppSumo and instead I had to register with the Gmail email, I immediately contacted both Appsumo and Gumbamail support, I was completely abandoned, it had to be a very simple solution to solve the problem, but the assistance responds after days, with ridiculous emails, probably created by the AI, after a week, exhausted, I asked for compensation, but now I have a credit on Appsumo that I don't know what to use with. Bad experience, they lost a customer who would also buy other things.

I tried to test out Gumbamail before I purchased it. On my very first test email to just my personal email only, Gumbamail suspended my account stating I had a suspicious link in my test email. Funny but the link was an app sumo vendor link. Anyway to make a long story short I Sent at least 12 email messages and finally after 5 days I received a reply but I was told that the only way they would unlock my account is if I purchase a plan before they would assist me or un-lock my account. I did as they asked and I purchased the tier one plan. I immediately tried to activate my account but was not allowed because my Gumbamail account was still suspended via Gumbamail. I sent a total of 10 more email messages over 5 more days but then never unlocked my account or helped me in any way. I also tried their chat feature 5 times on their website but I never received a reply on that platform either. Poor Customer Service

Not all versions of the Chrome browser are compatible with it. Support is non-existent; my emails went unanswered. I only managed to get help once by contacting them through the support email of a similar app they offer. Unfortunately, their email management is poor—your emails will end up as spam, and Google may ban your domain. I even received an email from Google advising me to stop using their service.

I haven't enjoyed this product. I found the tutorials were confusing and I don't find that it does everything it's supposed to do.

The build a template tutorial suggested I 'save a copy' when I was done editing my first email template. I didn't realize the 'save a copy' button was a drop down menu and what I really wanted to do was 'save changes.' So I ended up with 35 progressive versions of my email template when I was done.

Then I tried to upload my email addresses from Excel but the tutorial didn't specify that I build the list name first, and THEN upload. So it took me a long while to find when the upload button would appear. Once I figured that out, I saved my Excel file as a Google Sheet but then the app couldn't find the document in my Google Drive. So I resorted to uploading a csv file.

There is no ability to filter customers within the app. So I assume I have to filter in the Excel file, save as a new CSV and then upload a whole new list? But when I did that, and tried to upload the new filtered list- only the first email address was loaded.

I've been working on it all weekend and I'm about done. I walk away from it, try something new, walk away, try another work around, walk away. I'm about to walk away for good.

hello, I can say that Gumbamail is excellent for me personally, it works, I've been using it for a month, I took code number one, now I'm taking code number two. I had a small problem with entering the code, but the support was great, it was fixed in 1 day, which is completely normal. I started a campaign for several products and my list is 1,698 verified contacts and 417 are opened, the second campaign is 1,627 contacts and 491 messages are opened, the third is 1,637 contacts and 493 messages are opened. I'm new to email marketing, so I think it's good if there is someone who is an expert to give their opinion. Best regards ilia sweden
