Q: License and Export questions
Hi,
I’m thinking of getting this for my son. He has an android phone now and will be upgrading to an iPhone later. Will he be able to move his license?
I didn’t see (unless I missed it) an option to export conversations/results of Hedy. What export options are available?

Jan 27, 2025A: Thanks for the question! As long as your son logs in with the same Hedy user account, his license will carry over between devices.
As far as export, currently the app allows exporting one session at a time via the "Share All Data" menu item on the session screen. If your son has cloud sync enabled, then all sessions will automatically show up on his new device.
Having a bulk session migration feature between devices is definitely something we are evaluating.

Thanks. My question regarding the export feature is because I would need it. I plan on a few licenses.
