Hello, it came to my attention that your privacy policy is generic and while that is fine for a lawyer, it does not look like a template which was edited in favor of the people using hirevire. Please see an example from privacy.com themselves, how they commit clearly to only 4 short and sweet usages of user data, there is still lots of "lingo" for the lawyers, but the clear notice of limitations to what you may do with the interviewee's input media is crucial for their comfort level. https://www.privacy.com/privacy-policy
The main policy term that stops applicants from giving media input is the following: "In order to use it for marketing purposes of Hirevire." Secondarily, the following has reportedly made them uncomfortable: "In order to analyse and improve our product and service for users."

Enabling this feature as a recording answer will multiply the use-cases beyond mere interpersonal Q&A (which is behavioral or untested claims of technical traits) into all the technical domains which candidates really need to be tested for! So please, will you consider to enable screen share recordings? Can be just a chrome tab anything is much better than nothing =).
You can already collect screen recordings in Hirevire. Can be a chrome tab or even the full desktop.

Right now screen recordings are only available for answers from desktop/laptop computers. Mobile users are now given clear instructions to move to a desktop device to finish the application.

Yes, technically it is possible to collect user testimonials using Hirevire. We have a few customers who are using Hirevire to collect testimonials as well for onboarding new customers.
I would not recommend using Hirevire as your primary tool to do this though - since there are better platforms out there like Senja.io for eg that are geared towards only collecting and...

Not the admin panel.
On the application pages. Only the privacy policy will still have our company name.
Other than that you can setup a custom domain to remove our mention in the URLs and mention your email address in the email template.
