I apologize for the delayed response.
1. You cannot record your own voice while creating demos. However, once the demo is created, you can upload your voiceover using the editor. Voice-to-text is not currently available, but if you could clarify where you would like to use this feature, I can consider implementing it.
2. Yes, you can collaborate with team members. They can also create, edit, or export demos on behalf of the workspace or team.
