after sign up, I am not being pro status. What shoud I do or what am I doing wrong? Please advise.

With my appsumo code hyperindex pro is not accessible, there is no other plan on appsumo. Also I am not able to find / search the desired stocks, is there any way to search the stocks and add alert.
Hi As a Platinum member I would have expected this to be higher or equivalent to "Pro" which btw is not a choice in the plan menu. Why are the top 2 tickers blurred out? There was no mention anywhere we would need a higher level sub unless I am missing something.
