No Support, No Response — Requesting Refund for Hypnoledge

Hi, I have some feed back for you about Hypoledge. I purchased the app Thursday 3rd April, and immediately got to using the coupon, their website said, not recognised! Your website says to email Hypnoledge (I did to this address - xabina@hypnoledge.com.) Its now Tuesday 8th April. I've heard absolutely nothing from them. There is no excuses, I've been more than reasonable without results, and their customer services (or the lack thereof, is terrible) I am sure you can understand and reason that I would a refund of my purchase back (this is no bad reflection on Appsumo)
