I have dozens of different websites, but with the same target audience. I need to share the same Chat-bot content. Can I embed these domains? Or do I have to buy separate codes for each domain?
Each website is has its own domain, you can use the same account to host multiple domains, the content will have to be copied over. I can ask my developer to work on creating an option to migrate content across domain chat bot.

From your website, the link to your knowledgebase doesn't work - it generates a 404 error. (https://hyversa.com/knowledge-bases/all-categories) I'd like to see what the Knowledgebase looks like where all the FAQs are stored. Can we customize that with our branding, colors, etc? Sometimes a client may want to go there vs just scrolling the FAQs in the chat widget, especially as we have many FAQs for our clients.
Q: Can the AI read existing knowledge bases set as sub-domains?
I have an existing knowledge base set up as a sub-domain on my website. 1) Would the Hyversa AI be able to "read" those FAQs and provide answers in the chat from there? 2) Would the subdomain (e.g., faq.mycompany.com still be considered part of the "one domain", or would that be a second domain?
