I purchased this and set it all up and was using it, and I haven’t done anything with it for a couple weeks and have come back today to find out that there is no longer the ability to chat with the actual chat. Meaning a user can no longer type in custom text and send it and have the AI respond. It’s completely missing from my chat bots and the new Chatbot I create. How do I fix this? I had an issue joining the discord and I couldn’t find an email to reach out so I’m reaching out here. Please also provide an email support where I can reach out.
