I purchased a Tier 1 license but forgot to upgrade during the initial period. Would it still be possible to upgrade to Tier 5 at this time?

Hi Zak, I purchased the Tier 5 plan expecting it to work as a Whitelabel solution. However, credits are consumed not only for conversations (e.g., 1 credit for GPT-4 mini up to 30 credits for GPT-4) but also for automation triggers, learning, guided conversations, and each retrained link, making scalability costly. Training just one site cost nearly 4,000 credits, and high costs for scaling—additional chatbots ($39/mo), extra credits ($80 for 10K), training URLs ($80 for 1K), and files ($80 for 1K)—leave little to no margin for resellers. Could you clarify when BYOK will return and if there will be additional fees for AppSumo users? Additionally, will there be reseller-specific pricing to allow for margin? We’re open to a mutually beneficial setup, but it needs to make sense financially. This will determine if we explore other providers.
