Very impressed with the sales demo on their website. Currently struggling a bit with training the bot on our data sets but nothing unexpected, looking forward to seeing how it evolves!

The backend settings of InsertChat are exceptional.

The platform offers a wide range of options to customise how the chatbot flows and operates. You can easily select and configure various styles and conversation paths, allowing for a highly tailored chatbot experience.

One of the most impressive features is the clearly pre-prompted information running in the background. This feature enables the chatbot to provide excellent responses quickly and effectively. It's remarkable how this pre-prompted system enhances the chatbot's performance and accuracy.

After watching reviews and checking comments, it's clear that the InsertChat team, particularly Zak, is dedicated to user satisfaction. Their responses to feedback are great - fair, informative, and action-oriented. It's encouraging to see that many user suggestions have already been implemented, showcasing the team's commitment to continuous improvement.

The customization features are great, and I haven't seen these earlier on any chatbot program. It is very close to chatnode accuracy, a few times slightly better, sometimes slightly off when using same training info (tested with gpt 4o mini). Improvements are needed for the agency-specific features on white labeling and the dashboard. Hope that gets addressed soon.
