No customer support

I was enjoying the apps, but since their last version upgrade, I can no longer open InTab on a certain page and website. An error message pops up, stating that the website is not authorizing the connection.

I reached out to their support team via email and also initiated a chat on their website, seeking assistance or instructions on resolving this issue. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response from their support team. This is disappointing because I truly enjoyed their apps, and I believe that excellent customer support is crucial for the success of any app or company, especially when aiming to attract more customers and expand the business.

Another aspect of the apps that I find unsatisfactory is the lack of documentation on how to use the functions. While it is manageable, I believe that InTab should prioritize creating some documentation. This would not only help users navigate the app more effectively but also potentially reduce the number of customers reaching out for support.
