Everything, just getting one actual person to interact and buy a discounted product. The rest of them all fake profiles eating up money towards $200. Issues get resolved by admins, but the money is gone? Seriously, how can this happen, and how can you not stand by the person paying for something as an admin?

Aug 14, 2024I'm not entirely sure what you mean. The Appsumo signup form doesn't require anything other than name, brand name, email, and the code you get from Appsumo. Did you by any chance sign up for the free brand instead?

Ok, so I signed up for this last year apparently. I was excited to get started, set up my account, funded the account and attempted a campaign. Of the influencers I reached out to for the campaign, one responded and was unable to complete the campaign. This app was a big letdown for me. I left the $210 in the account thinking I would revisit it at some point. I pursued other avenues and forgot all about it.
The year has past and I just got hit with the first $49 monthly bill. I submitted a request to close my account and refund the subscription and my account balance. I’ll keep you posted on my results.
I found the app confusing and difficult to navigate and the influencers I reached out to as unresponsive. I hope you have better luck with the app than I did. If you walk away from it like I did, don’t forget the clock is ticking on that first bill. I should have canceled when I didn’t get my campaign launched!
