Disappointed
Ok, so I signed up for this last year apparently. I was excited to get started, set up my account, funded the account and attempted a campaign. Of the influencers I reached out to for the campaign, one responded and was unable to complete the campaign. This app was a big letdown for me. I left the $210 in the account thinking I would revisit it at some point. I pursued other avenues and forgot all about it.
The year has past and I just got hit with the first $49 monthly bill. I submitted a request to close my account and refund the subscription and my account balance. I’ll keep you posted on my results.
I found the app confusing and difficult to navigate and the influencers I reached out to as unresponsive. I hope you have better luck with the app than I did. If you walk away from it like I did, don’t forget the clock is ticking on that first bill. I should have canceled when I didn’t get my campaign launched!
