Yes, you can add reminders with custom intervals - for example, 2 days after the due date and 1 day before the due date. You can set these globally in settings or per invoice.

For reminder emails, you can customize them in "Settings > Emails". Dynamic variables, such as customer name, can be used to personalize the emails (e.g., "Hello [customer_name]").
To track overdue invoices, you can use the "Overdue" filter option in "Invoices > Filter" to view all overdue invoices and track sent reminders. Additionally, we send email notifications to account admins about overdue invoices. If you'd like to disable these notifications, you can do so on the "Team > Notifications" page.
Regarding Calendar apps - that's an interesting idea! Could you please share more details about it in our Discord community group? https://invoiless.com/community. We have a dedicated channel for feature requests where we can also see if other members share the same interest. (You can also implement this using a no-code tool like n8n, Make, or Pabbly. Simply fetch overdue invoices from our API and add events to your Google Calendar. Feel free to reach out to support if you need help!)
