Not reliable, works sometimes and not all the time
The website seems to be down quite often. I think the QR code might be working, but I get feedback from contacts that the QR code isn't going through.

Regarding your concerns about our website availability, I’d like to clarify that we closely monitor both the website and the QR Code redirection service to ensure maximum uptime. Over the past 3 months, our monitoring tools have not detected any downtime. Furthermore, our QR codes are used by large marketing companies, including in high-traffic locations like airports, without any reported issues. This reinforces our commitment to delivering reliable, high-availability services.
That said, I understand that the issue you described might be a regional or local connectivity problem. Without more information, it’s difficult to pinpoint the root cause. I’d love the opportunity to help you troubleshoot and resolve this, but addressing it through review comments is not ideal.
