I REALLY want to love it, but... I've been waiting MORE THAN A YEAR for my Etsy connector to work.
I set this product up after purchasing and loved that I could connect it to my existing Etsy store reviews and then also capture new reviews and have it all in one place (though the review capture form in Justreview is ugly AF and requires a lot of CSS to make it useful - wish it was just a basic form that we could then style instead of all the extra JustReview stuff that comes with it). First day linked it all up to my Etsy store and it was working - great.
Then a few months later (April 2023) my Etsy reviews just stopped coming through. I took it up with the JR team over chat. They said I had to reconnect my Etsy store (a change in the Etsy API apparently). Okay cool, whatever. Re-connected.
It never recovered.
I have been asking for months and now they just don't even reply.
I got a smattering of replies over the past year from the devs about how they were "working on it". Finally in June 2024 I got a message saying they'd fixed it. They haven't. I have 5800 Etsy reviews. Half of them load in the JustReview back end but NONE of them present on the front end... meaning the only reviews I can show on my website are the handful of reviews I've received through JustReview directly.
I thought maybe it was Etsy's API still so I signed up for a competitor. It worked, instantly, and pulled through all my reviews. So it's JRs problem.
VERY DISSATISFIED AT THIS POINT - SEEMS LIKE ABANDONWARE.
