I intend to use the system for our Italian company.
As the data we are going to collect are mostly from Italian clients and your company is based in Hong Kong, and the data is stored also in the US as I see from your T&Cs, I would like to know if you adhere to standard protocols like the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Alternatively, I would like to know if, concerning the treatment and the storage of data outside of the EU, the standard contract clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU commission are respected.
