Q: Roadmap for Languages
Hi,
Strongly interested, since we search for a simple CRM with AI features that keep developing in future. Tired of the overloaded overprices solutions.
One of your main issues right now seems to be the language. We are a German speaking agency in Switzerland. AI output can be in German / any other language.
- How about other features? Especially handling of client emails
- What is the roadmap to implement other languages?

Can you help me elaborate a bit more on what you mean by "handling of client emails"? Currently the AI can read and write German by configuration.
For the roadmap for other languages, frankly speaking we cannot say since it is strictly about cost and we are still very early stage.
I would have to say we have to focus on developing new features that helps business processes more than add languages that may complicate our operations for now - until we can afford to do so. So optimistically speaking, full multi language support will only happen after a year or 2 of operations.
So the AI is already able to perform its assistance in German as well? Esp the AI email summary and sentiment analysis? Thanks for the quick response.
Hi there - yes it is able to analyze german emails and produce german summaries :)
