Their support team will go above and beyond to help with any requests. I had some stumbling blocks with my CNAME but they fixed and advised promptly. We have had this monitoring system in place for one of our servers for a week now and love the automated reporting and the custom domain allowance.
Some key items to improve going forward, custom Favicons for custom domains, Telegram Notification integration, pre-written custom incident reports for our clients end.

World class support
One of the most important things for me when I get a lifetime deal is how responsive the support department is. I can live with small bugs and limited features, if I can see that the software is headed in the right direction.

I actually purchased a couple monitoring tools. This one is currently my top choice. It's a great deal and gives the ability to monitor all my client sites. It was missing one feature that I needed, but upon talking with the management, it was already on their roadmap and was being released in a couple of weeks. And that is another thing that I look forward to, continual improvement, and it appears that they have that as well.
