Q: Why is there a limit on students?
I see other systems don`t have that on the higher tiers.
I might just educate about 100 people a year, but I do not want to delete historic records.
I cant understand why there is a limitation?

Mar 9, 2025A: Hello, you can choose Tier 2 with a 50-user limit and manage it by deactivating inactive users throughout the year.
Our user license grants access to the platform, even if users donāt log in. The license can be repurposed when employees leave - simply deactivate their accounts and reassign the license to new users. Even when you deactivate a user, their achievements and records will remain archived.
Alternatively, you can choose Tier 3 to keep enough seat availability and full functionality at your control.
