Q: Only 500 more Credits for T3? That’s the big change we waited for ? Really?

did you really just add 500 Credits for t3? I think maybe one more 0 would have been needed! I mean you advertise this as sufficient for 10 Users. With 1500 Credits even for one Users it’s really not much. 2000 not gonna change a lot to solve this issue. How should we work with this? Did you also make changes on how much credits are used ? This feels like a punch in our faces waiting a giving a lot of feedback and we get 30% more Credits when like maybe at least 10 times would be needed to actually not feel like a free plan to test out the app. Really disappointed here with this. Do not feel heard at all and scared with the future now of this. So sad as it could have been great. :-(

The increase in Tier 3 credits was based on real usage data and what we can reasonably offer while continuing to improve the platform. That said, I totally understand that for a team of 10, this might still feel limiting. We’re constantly evaluating how to refine our plans to make sure they provide real value.
If you know the credits won’t be enough and that you’ll quickly run out, that’s exactly why Tier 4 exists. It includes more credits and BYOK, giving you more flexibility and options to scale. And let’s not forget that this is a lifetime deal, while AI models remain extremely expensive to run. We’ve worked hard to make sure the pricing is competitive while keeping Krisspy sustainable for the long run.
That being said, we want to keep the discussion open—what would feel like a fair balance for you, considering the costs involved? Our goal is to make Krisspy a tool that empowers teams, not holds them back.
