The cost of Zoom and annoyance of the cloud recording space has me ready to jump but we have automations around that use Zoom files. I'm hoping this can be a replacement, so have a few questions:
1a. Are the recordings stored in the cloud or on the device of the host? 1b. If on the cloud, is that in your own platform or can we integrate it into Google Drive to store the video file there?
2a. Does your platform provide separate files of the chat and transcript? 2b. If it does provide a file for the transcript, what is the time intervals of the timestamps? 2c. If you do provide those two files per recording, are they stored locally or in the cloud? 2d. If they are stored in the cloud, is it on your own platform or can we integrate it into Google Drive to store?
3. Do you have a public api or can we access any data via a webhook?

Like many people on here, I'm looking for a Sessions alternative. They did so many things so well. It looks like this is a suitable alternative, though I don't see any white label or custom branding and CNAME options, is this correct? No custom branding?
Great question and we can completely understand how white labelling or custom branding options would be very valuable for users to promote their person brand or agencies looking to provide an extra service.
Unfortunately we don't have plans of providing a white label or custom branding and CNAME options at this stage.

We used to allow annotations for both hosts and guests on our shared PDF presentations but when there were large numbers of participants, it would cause performance issues for the overall meeting so we have disabled the feature for the moment. We're looking into providing the feature again when we figure out how to optimise the performance.
Great question! Google Workspace Business Standard provides subscribers with a lot of different tools from documents to meetings to AI and even forms. It would be disingenuous for us to claim we could provide as much combined value through KYZON Space and Flow alone.
So we focus on improving the meeting experience in ways that Google Meets does not currently support.

KYZON Space meetings are supported on mobile browsers like Chrome or Safari, so neither you or nor your participants need to download an application to join the meeting.
All features you'd enjoy on the laptop/desktop browser version of KYZON Space are available on our mobile versions with the exception of screen sharing. Sadly screen sharing isn't available on iPads or other...
