Q: Custom domains, AI summarize, transcription and API
Hello,
I'm wondering about these 4 points :
1 - Is it possible to use our own domain for multiple brands ?
2 - Is there an AI Summarize ?
3 - Is there a live recording / transcription
4 - Is there an API ? I saw in a previous answer that you were open to study the use cases, in my opinion would be great to have an API to sync calendars, trigger when a booking is done from outside (or from your calendar), trigger when a meeting starts or end, to push summarize or other things to CRM (based on email participant for example). ..

Thanks for the great questions. Unfortunately our answers will probably be somewhat disappointing.
1. Users are not able to customise the domain of the meeting for managing multiple brands. At this stage, we don't have plans of providing a white label or custom branding and CNAME options for our LTDs unfortunately.
Because as a business and a brand, we are late entrants to an already competitive market, we need all of the brand visibility and word of mouth from happy users of our platforms, to help bring awareness to our platforms and to build trust with our brand. If we provided white labelling or custom branding options at this stage, we would likely never get to the scale and awareness to establish ourselves with everyday users, as a reliable platform and company :)
While there are currently no plans for custom branding for our platforms, we encourage users to express their personal/agency brands by uploading their own custom virtual backgrounds that they can use during their meetings.
2. We currently do not offer native AI summaries as a direct result of not offering native transcriptions at this stage.
3. We support live recording of your meetings which by default will be saved to our cloud drive - KYZON Flow. That being said, we understand some users have worked on other platforms for years or even decades so we recently released an update that allows users to select Google Drive or Dropbox as the default saving location for their meeting recordings, with OneDrive to be available shortly.
In terms of transcriptions, we don't have a native solution for transcriptions yet. We've been trying to figure out a simple yet sustainable way of offering transcriptions on our LTDs but at the moment, we haven't come up with a good solution without compromising the usability of the feature. We believe there's no real point of us advertising transcriptions but only providing everyone with 1hr of transcription time per month.
4. We currently do not have an API but since our responses to other questions, we have been exploring opening up an API for certain use cases. That being said, to provide realistic expectations and timelines, we're looking at a medium term timeframe (before the end of the year).
We understand this is likely not what most AppSumo users would like to hear and completely understand if our product is no longer a great fit for you :) But to ensure we're providing a sustainable long-term service for all our users, we feel it's best to be upfront and transparent on these requests.
