We optimise for lower bandwidth connections by only displaying the resolutions that users would notice depending on their screen size to significantly reduce bandwidth compared to streaming video at a steady 1080p for all devices/participants. This translates to a slightly lesser than 1080p perceived image but in turn results in significantly less bandwidth being consumed which allows users with slower internet to still connect reliably.

We try to keep our platforms as simple and accessible for both hosts and their guests, so we provide our platforms on web browsers for both desktop and mobile. This means when you invite a person to your meeting, they simply click the link on both desktop or mobile and they can join without needing to download an app or even go through a sign up process if they don't want to.

Appreciate the feedback regarding the number of participants in each Tier. We set these participant limits as a conservative assurance that we can sustain these LTDs for the longer term. That being said, given the community requests for an increase in participants per Tier, we will review them after our campaign has ended. But because we can't promise any increases to the participant limits to our Tiers, we recommend making a purchasing decision assuming the participant limits will stay as they are for the short to medium term.
