Great question. We do not pay for the MS365 licence. We have created our own custom version of the Word, Excel and PowerPoint editors that allows you to both create new files or share existing type Microsoft files inside the Space meeting. So yes, you can create a .docx format file that can be shared and edited by up to 10 people in the meeting without having a MS365 licence/subscription.

We can't claim to be a 1 to 1 replacement of the Microsoft 365 products but we think we get close to the core experience. It's hard to say if our core experience will satisfy your particular use cases however so we can only recommend trying out the platform for yourself so you can make a better purchasing decision.
