First of all, the company is characterized by great openness in communication and strives to understand and implement the regulations of the various markets. Likewise, functions such as creating any number of breakout rooms and the ability to chat across them are very interesting, as is of course the ability to edit documents directly together without additional tools.
On the other hand, some functions such as the automatic grouping of participants in rooms and a simple whiteboard are still missing to make it a fully-fledged alternative to the market leader.
But apart from that: we have classified the usability of the product differently from classic tools in this area - it is ideal for (fixed) teams that work together, while webinars and online training feel unfamiliar. It can also be interesting for consultants who want to work together with clients on company documents (analyses, recommendations) or update a presentation live.
The platform does not currently offer localization, which naturally restricts its use to a fixed group of internal company participants, as does the incomplete implementation of the GDPR, and makes it difficult to use with possible (unknown) clients.
Unlike other providers, however, the team is very realistic about its development speed and possibilities and does not try to impress with wildly long feature lists that are planned and then probably never implemented.
Taking this into account, the product is an excellent choice in terms of video quality and additional functions.
