Q: Is there a way to automate the balance transfer process?
As stated, for whitelabel customers we would need to bring our own billing mechanism, so they don’t receive a LP invoice. Then we would buy all credits from our wallet and transfer to the appropriate account, correct?
However, as we scale the balance transfer per workspace/account could easily become a nightmare.
Is there a way to automate this process?
I mean, once we receive a payment our billing system would trigger the transfer to the appropriate workspace. Is this possible?

Yes, you're correct—you'll need your own billing system to recharge on behalf of your customers, and that’s definitely possible.
We understand that managing multiple workspaces and customers can be challenging at scale. To help with that, you can use our API to automate the process. If you notice a missing endpoint, just let us know, and we’ll create it for you. We're currently building out the API step by step.
We also recognize the need for a white-label billing system, and we’ve already committed to developing a complete one. However, it will take at least a month or two to roll out.
In the meantime, feel free to use our API to get the job done, and once the white-label system is live, you can switch to that.
