The most important factor for me with any new platform is support. When you're using something for the first time, everything raises questions—and there’s nothing more frustrating than waiting days for a response. That’s usually when you start hovering over the refund button.

I’m genuinely delighted to say that LancePilot’s WhatsApp support was excellent. I received a helpful reply within around 20 minutes. For a new platform, that’s impressive. My questions were answered clearly, which allowed me to:

This is a relatively new platform, so some teething issues are to be expected. But the upside is that the team is still very hands-on and genuinely keen to help—because they need real feedback and reviews like this.

For the platform to succeed long-term, the team needs recurring revenue, and so do we (as resellers). Otherwise, the project risks stalling financially, which would hurt everyone.

What I really love is how simple it will be to build loyalty clubs, VIP programmes, and request reviews via WhatsApp—where open rates are as high as 97%. Combine that with other CRM tools and you’ve got a powerful, scalable product that local businesses will understand and value.

Other platforms charge monthly just for this kind of capability. If LancePilot succeeds, it will follow suit—so my advice is: get in early. This feels like a solid ground-floor opportunity.
