Can you please let me know the limits on the Cold email platform?
- Number of email accounts (mailboxes)
- Number of domains
- Number of contacts to email
- Number of monthly email sends

Good questions!
- Number of email accounts (mailboxes): No limit
- Number of domains: No limit
- Number of contacts to email: Each tier has a maximum contact level, but contacts can be removed and replaced by new contacts. You can also use workflows to automatically disable contacts and reducing your 'active' contact level using workflows: https://www.loom.com/share/977cfbe4f4e64fa88d964a0cfa5720fb

Thanks, Kevin! I purchased and have been in the tool for a few hours.
If our accounts are restricted to 250 engagements per day, then it would take a long time to get to the 30K contact limit.
Seems we can't add to Leadfwd unless they have an email address.
Are we able to import a CSV of emails to use Leadfwd's cold email feature?
Do you connect with Google Workspace mailboxes like zapmail?
Hey there! The daily activity limit is really for the safety of your LinkedIn account. If you have a Premium account, you could go beyond 250 (but gradually!). You don't have to import contacts/profiles into Leadfwd to execute LinkedIn engagement, that's optional. But if you are exporting from LinkedIn to Leadfwd, we do have an option to allow exporting of profiles without an email.
Yup you can import your own contacts from a CSV / Spreadsheet. I'm not familiar with Zapmail, but we have two options for connecting Google Workspace accounts (App Passwords or OAuth): https://help.leadfwd.com/hc/en-us/sections/1500002585001-Connect-Email-Accounts
