Concerns regarding the application:
1.Profile Information: The tool displays company profiles instead of specific details about my potential customers.
2.Data Freshness: The provided information does not seem to be up-to-date. For instance, during a real-world test with a website (accessed via various mobile devices), the application returned profiles that did not correspond to my recent visits.
I would like to know:
- Is the tool designed exclusively to show company-level information, or should it also provide details (such as email addresses or phone numbers)?
- Is there a configuration issue on my end that might be preventing the retrieval of accurate and current data, or is this a problem with the tool itself?
Having precise and updated data is crucial for me, especially considering that my company is located in Long Island, NY.

you are trialing the "normal" version of LeadRebel, which is showing companies and persons. The AppSumo version would only show person-level information.
As for the data, we source it from many different sources plus have own enrichment algos. Sometimes it might be older, sometimes the match between visitor and real company (or person behind the visit) will be off. There is no 100% guarantee.
