It's me again, Sebby, really enjoying the product. I noticed the agents were not programmed to send users to more relevant pages on your site (that they were trained on). At least they don't do it automatically. For example, if I place Agent A on the homepage, and Agent A is trained on the homepage and page B, when I ask something relevant to page B, it will provide that information and say read more information here, and link "here" back to the homepage.So, I guess I have to create the custom instruction: "If customer asks about Page B subject, send them to Page B for more information". Or maybe there is a way to do it programmatically. For example, "when a customer asks a question about one of the URLs you were trained on, feel free to refer them to that URL (all within the same site)" Not sure that would work.
Bot is trained to provide the links of webpages. However this can be further finetuned. In the setting, there is option of system prompt. You can mention prompt something like "you are an helpful assistant. Wherever possible, provide most relevant webpage link from my site in the response". Retrain and this should do the job.
So I am interested in doing some advanced user registration/sign up functions with this chatbot. For instance, if the chatbot triggers a conversation where someone inputs there name/phone/other identifying information, is there a way we can export that user session data via an API that we can import for our own use?
I know you guys mention and market "Convert visitors into leads" but getting the right data points and importing those leads into a working funnel is more important then just training an AI chatbot with answers.

Hi Ravi, I m Also looking for the similar integration, e.g. as soon as chat initiated it appears in slack channel, also you haven’t answer the other comment regarding Zapier, pabbly, make, webhook integration, any plans for API as well, I just tested tiny chat BTW also available on appsumo have all the integration features and love ms promising and cheaper, how do you compare your app with that?

Q: API Data Export?
