Amazing white labeled Local SEO tool

Maaaan i almost dident buy this because of bad reviews. So far, this tool is quite amazing. I got my own agency and manage my clients GMB's. This tools is perfect for that. I use GHL mainly to post content etc, but this tool is amazing to generate monthly reports on local SEO whitelabeled

Impressive Tool – A Must-Buy AppSumo Deal!

I am a heavy user of AppSumo, but I don’t write reviews often. The fact that I am writing this review means I am highly satisfied with this AppSumo deal.

I purchased Tier 5 without hesitation, trusting AppSumo’s refund policy. The activation process was seamless—I had no issues linking my Google account or connecting multiple business profiles for testing. Everything worked flawlessly, and I encountered no errors during the setup.

One of the standout features for me was the Grid Rank Tracking, which provided faster tracking results compared to competing tools. I tested it with just one keyword, and the speed was truly impressive.

That said, I do see some room for improvement (or perhaps I just haven’t found these features yet):

Auto-Reply to Customer Reviews – The existing feature that allows manual review and one-click responses is great. The responses are generic but usable. However, having an auto-reply toggle would be a fantastic addition.

Post Scheduling Feature – A scheduling function for posts would be incredibly useful for managing content in advance.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied so far and plan to explore more features, including the reporting functions. Looking forward to seeing how this tool evolves!

Currently it's (mostly) an all-in-one Portal for GBP Management...

I run HabaneroSocial.com, and we use AI to help our clients grow their GBPs (formerly GMBs). I saw this tool and thought it looked neat - sort of a competitor but sort of complementary to what I currently do for my clients. About 15 minutes into poking around, and connecting a few GMBs I manage for family, I came to the conclusion that it just isn't what I'm looking for... and that kinda bummed me out!

I full stacked out of the gate... I really WANT to like this product... but i'm probably going to refund unless I get REAL assurances of a number of changes in the near future (I'm willing to jump on a zoom call with your dev team and walk you though the changes; EDIT: I did book a time, but the only times available for like 3 weeks were 2am to 5 am my time...)

PROS: The interface is decent. Not best in class, but more useful for SOMETHINGS than the native google dashboard...

CONS: This really just functions as a PORTAL to manage things. For being AI Based, it's not very automated (PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong!)

NEEDS:

The Rank tracking Map: I initially thought that this was all this listing was, given it's name and images - and was excited when the description said we could "draw" a custom boundary... but we can't... you can resize a square, and if they're on a large diagonal of water, you're just going to have to accept that a LOT of your dots (and fewer than many local rank checkers, an odd grid pattern of 3,2,3,2,3 dots (far different from the images in the sales material, which I'm looking at right now, and seems to be a bunch of off-set 5, 5, 5, 5, 5s)) will wind up useless in the water. Please, let us actually DRAW a custom map, and determin how many dots (density) you're checking. Also, how often are those updated? We get 1000+ keywords - are they updated monthly? Weekly?Bi-weekly? Is this custom?

Posts - You *CAN* schedule images to be drip-posted, but I NEED the "AI" (and we get 15,000 AI credits per month) to WRITE posts and make images for me (my current system, and others like Marky, do that). I should be able to tell it to post X times per day/week/month for each client, and it should - given the location and keywords - generate relevant posts. Currently it does not.

You have to create and schedule posts one at a time, and it takes longer than it should, particularly when compared to other systems. There should be an option to "bulk scheudle" or "batch create" (ideallin including images, but at least create like 10 at a time, and let us drag our own image onto each of them, then auto-schedule them for a set time (I recommend something like "Every Monday at 10am +/- 5 minutes to humanize it" or something like that.

Q&A - Use AI to automatically ask (and answer) a question every X days/weeks/months (related to the niche.

Listing Optimization - use AI to suggest services, categories, re-write description etc. This is a HUGE part of GMB/GBP optimization, and I don't see any way to do this currently in the system.

Review Collection links: Don't nickel-and-dime us. The system WILL write replies to reviews - and they're fine - but they won't help you filter bad reviews and encourage good reviews. I have MULTIPLE platforms that do this already, so I don't need it from them, but just put it all under one roof, guys.

Also, AUTOMATE review replies, please! Replies to new reviews (good and bad) should happen "automagically" after they go live.

Again, the bones of a great product are here, and it LOOKS nice, but its current iteration is functionally useless for me, unless I'm too stupid to understand how to work the platform.

However, I do run HabaneroSocial.com, and we do automate all of that for our clients, which is pretty awesome (and affordable - #shamelessplug) and if they can ever get this service to do those things, it'll be a juggernaut of a tool.

Bugs are present, and it seems like the launch is not ready yet.

I bought this two months ago and barely use it. Today, I tried to add a new keyword, clicked 'save,' and it got stuck loading. It’s been more than 10 minutes now and still nothing. If you can't test all the functions of your product, you shouldn't launch it. We're users, not testers, yet we end up testing everything and reporting bugs. This is a waste of time and creates a terrible user experience. It's basic functionality for users to add keywords and utilize custom options.
