Bugs are present, and it seems like the launch is not ready yet.
I bought this two months ago and barely use it. Today, I tried to add a new keyword, clicked 'save,' and it got stuck loading. It’s been more than 10 minutes now and still nothing. If you can't test all the functions of your product, you shouldn't launch it. We're users, not testers, yet we end up testing everything and reporting bugs. This is a waste of time and creates a terrible user experience. It's basic functionality for users to add keywords and utilize custom options.

Also, we have more than a 1000 active users, so don't worry about being a tester. Unfortunately we're still heavily developing the app and sometimes those small issues will be there. We're always fixing them quickly!
