The concept of this tool is great but the software itself does not work. The bugs began with even creating an account login. It was so bad that the software team had to manually create a login for me. I continued to be hopeful, but once the login was created I couldn't get the software to connect or load. After finally getting the software to load, I tried to schedule onboarding. The times offered did not work inside of my country's schedule. So, I logged in the next time with the plan to hopefully set it up without bugs and connection difficulties. Well.... my account had been forgotten by the software. Once again I can't log in. So, I am finally giving up.

Again, the concept is great. I hoped this would work for my agency. But it simply is not functional as a software solution yet.

I look forward to potentially trying it again when it is much further in development.
