Q: Are you working on a mobile app for Live chat?
I love the COncept. It seems very well thought out...
I would love the option to be able to take over the Live Chat directly from my mobile phone (via a LookFor Live Chat App).
Example:
- Customer is Chatting with AI.
- Customer requires an answer to a more complex question.
- AI decides to handoff to Live Rep, or Customer asks to be transferred to a Live agent (great!)...
- Instead of a simple email notification, it would be great if I can be notified via push notification on my mobile phone & continue the conversation with the customer directly via a LookFor mobile app (specifically catered for Livechat takeover).
What do you think?
