Q: Can your platform combine Text and Video chatbot?
Hi, can your Ai chatbot currently combine both the video chatbot and the text based chatbot? So what I mean is, at any time, someone wants to get more detailed answers via Text, they can click on a link on the video chatbot, that goes to the text version? This option then goes to the text chatbot, and if desired human handover can happen as well if desired in the backend? If the use chooses to speak to a customer agent?
If this is not possible now, is there plans to add this to the future updates?

Currently, we do not combine text-based chatbots and videobots in a same bot. However, I can assure you that this feature is on our roadmap and will be available in a future update.
Regarding human handover, it is also part of our roadmap, but it will likely come later. We plan to introduce it alongside integrations with platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. In the upcoming release, which will bring several major feature updates, you will also have the ability to automate certain tasks. This includes using HTTP requests within your dialogue flow to trigger specific events and utilizing external buttons to initiate actions such as calls, for example.
