Q: Organization / domain clarification, and pricing clarification
How many organizations can we have under this LTD? As it stands, each organization needs to pay $60/year on top of the top-up amount.
And when you say top-up pricing is $0.4/1000 just to clarify do you mean $0.40/1000 as in 40 cents per 1000? Or do you mean 4 cents?

Each license is for a single organization / brand in MailBluster. If you buy 1 license, you will be able to use in 1 organization / brand.
But you can add multiple domains as sender under same organization to send out emails.
If you buy license from AppSumo LTD, you don't need to pay the $60/year subscription fee ever
And for the top-up pricing clarification,
Once you reach the LTD tier limit, you can buy additional email credits at a lower price $0.40 / 1000 which is 40 cents per 1000
TheGHPLUSClarification: "add multiple domains as sender under same organization". Do you mean multiple sub domain URLs or multiple domains? For example: 'sales@dog.com & sales@app.dog.com' or can it be 'sales@dog.com and sales@cat.com and sales@bird.com'?
