They deleted my request on the Skool forum. Not worth it if you're serious about cold emailing.

I don’t usually write negative comments—it’s just not my thing. But after my proposal and request for help were deleted from the Skool forum (where people usually help out), I felt like I needed to share my experience for anyone thinking about using this software.

I bought it because of all the positive reviews and thought it would be a great place to start. Unfortunately, it’s not as good as I expected. There are too many bugs, and it doesn’t work as well as other tools that have been around longer.

If you’re planning to spend money on a business email, I’d recommend going with a monthly plan from a company that offers better customer support, clearer help, and a smoother experience.

To the creators of this software: Please work on making your product better. Don’t delete comments on the Skool forum, and think about adding more live chat support to actually help users. By deleting my comment and request, you’ve shown that you truly don’t treat customers well and don’t care about their feedback.

I think this software could be great, but it needs a lot of work. Right now, I feel like I wasted my time using it.
