Service without Warranty unfortunately does not reflect the reality of what I have experienced. I have contacted countless times on the WhatsApp number you provide and only receive automated responses with no real support. Clearly my messages are seen, but they ignore them without offering any solutions. I understand there is a 60 day return policy, but one of the licenses I purchased stopped working after only one month, and I have been unable to use the product for almost a year. I don't expect a refund at this point, once the time limit has passed, but I was at least expecting genuine support or a solution. What solution can currently be offered for a defective product?
