Turns out you need the Google Chrome extension in order for it to work. But Google has shut down the extension. So, really wanting this product as it would save me time and hoping this was just a temporary issue, I emailed the owner twice and have waited three days for a response. All I am getting are the workflow responses announcing that I can schedule a call with the creator of Groups Pro. So I figured I would just schedule a call and hopefully get it sorted out, like I said, I really want this app. So I click the link to schedule my free 30 minute call. Only there are no time slots for the next three years...I quit scrolling through the calendar after that. Then I look to see how long it had been since there had been a response here on AppSumo, which turns out to be almost a year. Why is the owner not present for questions. This may have been a great product, but it seems to have been abandoned and no longer working and with no access to the product and no support, I can't rate this product, but I can rate their onboarding and support which deserve no tacos at all. Like I said, I really wanted this to work, but it doesn't work at all. As a matter of fact you can't even gain access to it and there is nobody to talk to to fix it. Which I think is a Google problem that must be sorted out to get the extension authorized again. Will look for another product and return this.
