Trackabi is an absolute disaster of a platform. Nothing works as it should—the system is buggy, unreliable, and outright frustrating. The reporting is a joke, consistently producing inaccurate and useless data that could actually harm your business if you relied on it. But the worst part? Their so-called 'customer support' is completely non-existent. I've submitted countless tickets, practically begging for help, and they haven't bothered to reply to a single one. It's as if they don't care at all about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this train wreck of a platform at all costs. Appsumo should take down this software ASAP

Nov 19, 2024I think other reviewers obviously disagree with you and perhaps you just misconfigured something so it works not as you expect... I would be happy to help you but I see no particular issues mentioned in your review. Only some bad insulting words about our product. As for our support, it works fine. We reply within 24 hours unless there is something to investigate. Again, I cannot check your tickets (if there were any) because you don't give any details. Check your spam folder. And good luck finding a better option on AppSumo.
