3 weeks later still don't have access to this product
I would love to try this product but after 3 weeks I am still not able to access the product.
When I log in it brings me back to the login page. I reported this issue 4 times now to their support group and I am not getting accurate support.
My issue has been reported clearly and yet nothing valuable from them to fix the issue other to tell me to log in my ID and password which is what I have been doing and trying multiple browsers. I will be asking for a refund at the end of the week if they can't help me.
Note: I also add issues with 2 other products of Teknikforce but I was finally been able to access their products 2 weeks later with their support assistance.
When we purchase a product it is not to be able to use it after multiple support request attempts.

I am sorry you had issues with getting your access. We are going to find out what went wrong and make sure it's addressed. The access is created automatically and there's no reason for any delay at all.
